Start by downloading the True Rx+ app in the app store or use the member portal at member.myplantruerx.com
Register an account with member ID, group number, date of birth, email address, mobile number and password

A: True Rx+ is compatible with all iOS apple devices version 15+ and Android devices version 7.0+.
A: No, you will need to create a new account to use True Rx+.

A: If your account is registered, but you are having trouble logging in, please confirm your login credentials. If those are correct, please use the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the True Rx+ login page to reset your password.
A: The current app and portal will be retired in 2026, so we recommend you start using True Rx+ as soon as possible to ensure uninterrupted access to your health information.
