Hottest Health Strategies to Tackle Your Highest Costs: Managing Diabetes

A smart diabetes management program has a cascading effect on reducing employer health spending. When members have access to clinicians and lifestyle guidance, they reduce the number of doctor visits and cut risks of heart, kidney, and eye disease. A lower A1C level increases employee health and productivity, therefore improving an employer’s bottom line.

Learn how you can be proactive with diabetes management. Get valuable insights from an employer utilizing diabetes management, a primary care physician treating patients with diabetes, and a clinical pharmacist providing one on one patient care. Our panelists will share strategies for working together as a health care team to tackle the high cost of managing diabetes.
