Kenny Fritz partners with employee benefits advisors to deliver high-quality and cost-effective benefits to small and midsized employers. He manages the Midwest territory as a Regional Practice Leader for Roundstone. Kenny previously served as President and CEO of KEF Insurance and as a Group Benefits Broker for Ohio Group Insurance Consultants. He holds a bachelor of business administration (BBA) from DeVry University.

Connor Hammond currently serves as a Senior Consultant, Analytics at NFP. He started in the industry in 2017. His current role is to provide financial management and oversight for self-funded health plans for large organizations. His responsibilities also include procuring reinsurance contracts and PBM monitoring. In his role, Connor is exposed to numerous PBMs and works to make sure his clients have a strong PBM partner in place. He enjoys Indiana basketball, golf, and traveling in his free time. 

Eric Barker is Chief Growth Officer for True Rx Health Strategists. His expertise in pharmacy benefits strategy and solutions is informed by a career in clinical pharmacy and pharmacy services management. Eric has been a multi-state licensed pharmacist for over 20 years and was board certified in geriatrics and psychiatric pharmacy. In addition to several clinical operations roles, Eric served as a member of a pharmacy and therapeutics committee for a long-term care pharmacy that provided medication guidance decisions for over 100 pharmacies across the country. He is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy.
